Here is a program that can be learned by anyone with basic computer skills in less then an hour that produces all the RE/MAX required reports and then some, at the touch of a button. No accounting experience is needed. No tedious and expensive training courses are required.
	Simply fill in the blanks on the data entry form; things like addresses, commission rate, referral info, etc. Then press the calculate button and the Net check amount and all the details will pop up.

At the month’s end, or any time, go to the report menu, select a report and press a button, add the dates desired and out rolls the report. It could not be easier to learn or to use. Plus it is very reasonably priced. There is only one annual license fee per office no matter how many agents you have. Why did I do it, start from scratch? When I opened my RE/MAX office I tried the current reporting program offered. It did so much, too much, that the learning curve was steep, very steep. Every time the person using the system left, the office was is chaos for weeks or more until someone new learned the program. So I decided what was needed was a program that anyone could master in an hour. I hired a great programmer and we began to develop a reporting system that works on a customized Microsoft Access database. Over five years it has grown into a sophisticated yet still easy to use program that is now ready to make life sweeter for others. There are other reporting systems out there now, but they cost a whole lot more with both start up and monthly fees based on the number of agents. Their training classes are few and far between and costly. Not only is Talisman Fast Reports quick and accurate, it is inexpensive to buy. More importantly it is inexpensive to use. No CPAs are required. For the first couple of years when my office was small, the receptionist entered all the data. If one person left the next could be trained in no time. That is the real strength of the program. It will save you thousands a year in subscriptions, training and salaries and provide the essential information to manage your business.
